The duties and experience would be the same as a Nanny who would be living in. When looking to help you find a nanny we would try to find candidates who did not live too far from your home.
Most nannies who want to live out like long hours although there are people who are happy to do part-time work especially if the parent is only working part of the week.
The candidates usually like to work between 35 and 50 hours a week. All permanent employees have a statutory right to 28 working days paid annual holiday.
You can count the 8 Bank Holidays as part of their holiday and therefore the employee should receive 20 days holiday pay. This should be clarified prior to employment.
